Travelling exhibitions

During recent years, Odense City Museums has produced a number of travelling exhibitions about Hans Christian Andersen and Carl Nielsen respectively. These exhibitions, available in different language versions, have been shown in a great many countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. They have also been on long tours in USA and China.

Apart from the exhibitions about Hans Christian Andersen and Carl Nielsen, 17 lightweight versions were produced as part of the bicentenary celebrations of Hans Christian Andersen's birth in 2005. From 2004 until the end of 2005, these exhibitions have been shown in over 40 countries and at over 250 locations. The HCA 2005 exhibitions, with replacements for charts about the Hans Christian Andersen year, will also be able to be borrowed during the next few years.
