The Møntergaard museum consists in part of historic and listed buildings with narrow doorways, stairs and cobbled courtyards that make it extremely difficult for visitors in wheelchairs or with walking disabilities to make their way around.

There is no disabled-friendly toilet.

Helpers on duty have free admission to Møntergården.
